Welcome to Kingdom Air’s SMS Terms and Privacy Policy page. By opting in to receive SMS communications from Kingdom Air, you agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as our commitment to protecting your privacy.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Kingdom Air will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask If the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, “Message frequency may vary”, and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent.” They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. By subscribing to Kingdom Air’s SMS notifications, you agree to receive recurring messages from Kingdom Air regarding service reminders, appointment confirmations, promotional offers, seasonal tips, and other relevant business updates.

Frequency:
Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with Kingdom Air, but you can expect no more than 4–6 messages per month.

Cost:
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-In:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile number during service scheduling, account setup, or via our online form.

Opt-Out:
You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
