What Kingdom Air Values in an Employee
Kingdom Air is currently actively looking to hire additional HVAC Technicians and Installers. While we are not actively looking to fill other positions at this time, we are still considering and collecting applications for various roles from field work to office related positions.
- Travel to customers’ homes and businesses to inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment.
- Required Educational Background – High school graduates or higher
- Working hours – Hours vary. Typically 8AM – 4PM.
- Holidays & Vacation – Paid holidays are provided. PTO Accrues
- A fully stocked company van will be provided to experienced technicians
Integrity. Those that have integrity are honest, and show a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.

Positive Attitude. Those that have a positive attitude have more than just optimism. It is a mindset that allows individuals to see and recognize opportunities, whether that be an opportunity with a customer, an opportunity to better the company, or most importantly, an opportunity to better oneself.

Effort. The effort one puts forth is often more important than the technical knowledge or experience that they may have.
“Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard.”
Ability to Communicate. Communication is key, whether that be communicating with a co-worker, communicating with a supervisor, or communicating with a customer. It is important to realize that one doesn’t have good communication skills simply if you are good at speaking. Those that are able to listen, comprehend, respond, receive feedback, and follow through on what was discussed are those that are truly successful communicators.

If you do not have access to a printer or scanner, you may stop in to the office to pick up an application. We only offer in person interviews once applications have been received and reviewed. We will set interviews up with qualified candidates either via phone, text, or E-mail.
